Yes! There is a $150 minium order with the exception of 'dropship orders'. Because we will dropship an individual order for you, we do not require any minimum quantity. Do you offer lower pricing if I order in 'Bulk'?
We offer very low wholesale pricing on all of our items. Each item is priced at the lowest price possible so everyone receives the same discount regardless of how many items they order. Our discounted prices are over 50% off of our published retail rates. Can you drop ship orders for me?
Yes! When you place your order enter DSW on the order form when it asks for the 'promotional code'. Be sure to enter your information on the billing section and your customers information on the shipping section. The order receipt and UPS tracking number will be sent only to you. IMPORTANT! Be sure that your name, company name and phone number is accurately entered in the billing section as this will be the information placed on the UPS Shipping label. There is NO mention or reference to our company anywhere on the product or packaging. 'Essential Marketing' is our drop ship company name and is the return address listed on the lable. When a dropship order is sent, what happens if the customer wants to return the item? The contact name, company name and phone number on the UPS labels is yours, however the street address is for our dropship company, 'Essential Marketing'. Returns are received and processed by us. The return must meet our guidelines as posted on our web site at http://www.pursesale.com/. If the return meets our policy guidelines, we give YOU the credit since the order was placed on your credit card- you then decide if you want to pass that credit along to your customer or not. We strongly recommend that you inform your customers on how you will handle and process returns. Do you ship overseas?
At this time we only ship to locations within the U.S. What is the best way to order from you?
Our primary order process is our e-commerce shopping cart. To add an item to your cart; 1. Click on the product image. 2. Read the description then scroll to the bottom of the page and enter the quantity you want to buy. 3. Click the add to cart image. You can add as many items to your cart while browsing through our site. When you are ready to check out simply click on the 'check out' button. Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Not if the order is placed from outside of California. Orders placed from within California will have a 7.75% sales tax added. If you hold a valid SELLER's PERMIT (Resale ID) please fax a copy of it to: (949) 606-8665. Once it is received, the Sales Tax will be waived and your invoice will be adjusted. Can I pay with a check or money order?
Yes! We do accept payment by money order or by cashier's check. (Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks or C.O.D.) If you choose to pay by money order or cashier's check, please follow the same steps as described above to add items to your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout simply print the page that shows your totals including shipping and tax. Do your handbags have logos?
No! The handbags we carry do not have any designer labels or logos. Although our goal is to provide the finest replicas available, we do not wish to violate anyone's copyright. How long does it take to ship to me?
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday at 3PM daily PST using UPS. UPS will send an email that will have the tracking number to the email address used on our checkout page. General delivery can take up to 5-7 days depending your location. To track your UPS shipment click here. NOTE: We will not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Island, Puerto Rico and Bahamas UPS Next Day only and additional charges may apply. New styles are added weekly and sold out items are quickly re-stocked whenever possible. We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter to recieve an email when new styles are added.
How do I return a damaged or defective item?

If an item is SOLD OUT when will it be restocked?
We do our best to restock sold out items as quickly as possible. If the item is no longer available we will remove it from the site within 2 weeks of being sold out.
